This article is a wonderful reminder, especially as we begin to speed up our lives post-pandemic. It's becoming easier again to try to add extra stimulus to every moment, but I appreciate how this article zeros in the art of the mundane and being present for small moments. I also enjoyed reading others' stories and comments around this concept. Hearing of the practical applications (such adding a a post-it reminder to a coffee maker or scraping gum off the street in an artistic manner) really adds meaning and connection to this new word. I am re-encouraged to be more mindful of the things I do that are meaningful simply for what they are rather than what they earn me.
